Terms of Service
本規約は、株式会社STUDIO POSI（以下「当方」）が提供するオンラインコミュニティ「GlassPosi」（以下「本サービス」）のご利用条件を定めるものです。メンバー登録をもって本規約に同意したものとみなします。
These Terms of Service govern your use of GlassPosi (the "Service"), operated by STUDIO POSI Inc. By registering as a member, you agree to these Terms.
本サービスはガラス工芸に関心を持つすべての方を対象としています。国籍・経験の有無は問いません。
The Service is open to anyone interested in glass art, regardless of nationality or experience level.
本サービスは、18歳以上の方のみご利用いただけます。メンバー登録を行った時点で、登録者は18歳以上であることを表明したものとみなします。
The Service is available only to individuals aged 18 or older. By registering, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
メンバー登録にはメールアドレスと有効な決済手段が必要です。登録情報は正確かつ最新の状態に保ってください。
Registration requires a valid email address and payment method. You agree to keep your account information accurate and up to date.
Monthly plan: ¥2,500 (tax included) / month. Annual plan: ¥25,000 (tax included) / year.
会費は契約期間ごとに自動更新されます。決済はクレジットカードにより Stripe を通じて処理されます。
Fees are billed automatically each period via credit card through Stripe.
価格は予告のうえ変更することがあります。変更は次の更新サイクルから適用されます。
We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Changes apply from the next billing cycle.
解約（自動更新の停止）はマイプランページからいつでも行えます。解約後も契約期間の終了日まで本サービスをご利用いただけます。
You may cancel (stop auto-renewal) at any time from the My Plan page. You retain access until the end of the current paid period.
デジタルコンテンツの性質上、決済完了後の返金は原則として行いません。ただし、当方の重大な過失によりサービスが提供できなかった場合はこの限りではありません。
Due to the nature of digital content, fees are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may apply if the Service is unavailable due to our material fault.
本サービスが提供する動画・記事・ツール・デザイン等のコンテンツの著作権は当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。メンバー個人の学習・研究目的以外での複製・転用・再配布を禁じます。
All content provided by the Service (videos, articles, tools, designs, etc.) is owned by us or respective rights holders. Reproduction or redistribution beyond personal learning is prohibited.
メンバーが本サービス上に投稿したコンテンツ（写真・テキスト等）の著作権は投稿者に帰属します。ただし、当方は本サービスの運営・改善・プロモーションのために当該コンテンツを使用できるものとします（投稿者への事前通知なく商業目的で使用することはありません）。
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant us a license to use your content to operate, improve, and promote the Service. We will not use your content for commercial purposes without prior notice.
以下の行為を禁じます。
The following are prohibited:
Harassment or defamation of other members; discriminatory, violent, or sexual content; spam or unsolicited promotion; infringement of intellectual property or privacy; unauthorized redistribution of Service content; account sharing; unauthorized access to systems; and any conduct we deem inappropriate.
プロフィールの作品写真設定時に「みんなの写真」への掲載に同意した場合、当該画像を「みんなの写真」ページに表示することがあります。掲載を希望しない場合は同意をオフにしてください。
If you opt in to gallery display when posting images or setting up your profile, your photos may appear on the “Minna no Shashin” (Everyone’s Photos) gallery. You can withdraw consent at any time by updating your settings.
当方は、メンバーが本規約に違反した場合、または当方が不適切と判断した場合、事前通知なく利用停止またはアカウント削除を行うことがあります。
We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem inappropriate.
退会によって生じた損害について、当方は責任を負いません。
We are not liable for any loss resulting from account termination.
本サービスは現状有姿で提供されます。当方は、本サービスの内容の正確性・完全性・有用性について保証しません。
The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content.
当方の責に帰さない事由（システム障害・通信障害・第三者サービスの停止等）によるサービスの中断・停止について、当方は責任を負いません。
We are not liable for interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including system failures, network issues, or third-party service outages.
当方の賠償責任は、直接かつ現実に生じた損害に限り、かつ直近1か月分の会費相当額を上限とします。
Our liability, if any, is limited to direct damages up to the amount of one month's subscription fee paid by you.
当方は、法令の変更やサービス内容の変更に応じて本規約を改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、施行日の14日以上前にサービス上でお知らせします。改定後も継続してご利用いただいた場合、変更に同意したものとみなします。
We may update these Terms. We will notify you of significant changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本規約に関する紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
消費者保護法が適用される国にお住まいのメンバーについては、当該国の強行規定が優先される場合があります。
For members in countries with mandatory consumer protection laws, those laws may take precedence over this clause.
