Oceanside System 96 is a COE96 art glass system manufactured by Oceanside Glass & Tile in Oceanside, California, USA. This glass follows in the lineage of the former Spectrum Glass (COE96) and features a wide product lineup suitable for both fusing and stained glass. Its annealing point (Tg) is 510°C, and its softening point (Ts) is 696°C; its viscosity curve is shifted toward higher temperatures compared to the Bullseye COE90 series.

COE96 falls between COE90 (Bullseye) and COE104 (Effetre Murano); because it has a different coefficient of thermal expansion than COE90-series glass, it cannot be mixed with it. Under the unified “System 96” standard, a full range of colored glass, clear glass, and frit is available; the recommended temperatures for specific techniques, such as pot melt (810°C), differ slightly from those of the Bullseye series. In Japan, these materials are primarily available through specialty stores, and there are fewer TechNotes available compared to those for Bullseye.
